Opanka has two programs with dances of the Netherlands. The first program contains well-known traditional Dutch dances, as well as more modern dances, from all parts of the Netherlands. Names of the dances are Polka Janny Lint, Skotse fjouwer, Langdans, Horlepiep, IJswals, Hakke-Toone en Riepe-Garste, Jan koop mij kermis.

The second program is structured around the Meiboom (May tree). In the past, the Meiboom was planted in May to celebrate the coming of the warm and fertile season. The planting involved a celebration with dance and music. Names of the dances are Cramignon, Als de boer wil dansen gaan, Klapdans, Vissersschots, Duizend klachten, Boerenplof. The members made the costumes for the Dutch programs themselves. The little caps are traditionally made by needle-workers of the little town Spakenburg. The programs' choreographer is Gerry Penris.
